Our Mission

The Police Arboretum Memorial Trust was established in 2015 to create the UK Police Memorial, a national tribute honouring the courage and sacrifice of those from the UK’s police service who have dedicated their lives to protecting their communities.

While the physical memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire remains at the heart of this project, the Trust has expanded its mission beyond the site to create digital commemoration tributes, that allow people to explore the stories of the fallen, together with an education programme, that informs and inspires future generations.

By integrating remembrance, digital innovation, and education, the Trust can ensure that the legacy of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice from British policing is preserved, honoured, and shared for years to come.
